Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms
This website is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“Delidr”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS, LONDON].
By using this website or submitting a driver application you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms are written in English and governed by the law of England and Wales.
2. Who can apply
To apply to drive with Delidr you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- have the right to work in the United Kingdom, which we will verify before you start;
- hold any licence required for your chosen vehicle, including a valid driving licence or CBT certificate where applicable;
- have a roadworthy vehicle with valid insurance covering delivery use, plus a valid MOT where required; and
- hold a UK bank account in your own name for payment.
Submitting an application does not guarantee you will be offered work. We may decline any application at our discretion, subject to our obligations under the Equality Act 2010.
3. Your application
You must give accurate, current and complete information. Providing false information may result in your application being rejected or any engagement being terminated.
Each person may hold one active application. We may contact you by email, telephone or SMS about your application using the details you provide. Onboarding is subject to satisfactory verification of your documents and right to work.
4. Nature of the relationship
Delidr engages delivery partners on a self-employed basis. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of employment, and submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, a contract of service, or any obligation on either side to offer or accept work.
As a self-employed partner you are responsible for your own income tax and National Insurance contributions, for registering with HMRC as required, and for your own vehicle, equipment and insurance. Your working-status rights will be set out in the partner agreement provided at onboarding, which will prevail over this section.
5. Referral codes
Referral codes are optional. A referral bonus is payable only where the referral code is valid at the time of application, the referring partner is active, and the referred driver completes onboarding and any qualifying activity we specify.
Bonus amounts, qualifying conditions and payment timing are set out in the referral scheme terms current at the time and may change. We may withhold a bonus where we reasonably believe a code has been misused, self-referred or obtained fraudulently.
6. Acceptable use of this website
You agree not to:
- submit applications on behalf of another person without their authority;
- submit automated, bulk or deliberately false applications;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its systems or its data;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service; or
- scrape, copy or reuse content from the site other than as permitted by law.
We may suspend or block access where we reasonably suspect a breach. Some conduct of this kind may be an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we may report it.
7. Intellectual property
The Delidr name, logo, page designs and content are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use in connection with applying to drive with Delidr. Any other use requires our written permission.
8. Our liability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, and content may be updated or withdrawn at any time.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Privacy
We handle the personal data you submit in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes, law and jurisdiction
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you submit an application is the version that applies to it. The date at the top shows when these terms were last revised.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
